Option 2. Champagne , lemon elderflower – torched meringue
Champagne lemon cake + layers of elderflower buttercream + lemon curd and topped with torched meringue and fresh fruit.

Contains:
Sugar, butter, flour, champagne, eggs, milk, vanilla, Egg white powder, elderflower cordial, lemon zest, berries,
baking powder, bicarb soda, salt, canola oil.

Food Allergies:Dairy, egg, gluten, alcohol, gelatine.

We use nuts/dairy/eggs in our kitchen every day, we cannot guarantee our options will
be 100% friendly to those with severe allergies. We take the utmost care with cleaning our equipment when
providing these items, however items may contain traces and may not be appropriate for all customers.
This product is the cake only with decorations described as above,
fresh fruits/flowers/foliage used within designs may vary from photo above based on seasonal availability.
No alterations available. Please see our “Build your own” styles for
this.
